Q1, What is the button on the socket for?

The buttons on the small K has two functions, short press the switch can make the small K “on” or “off”; keep press for 3-4 seconds(Reset), it will restore factory Settings.

Q2, Why I can’t connect the small K after I powered it on?

After Small K powered on or restored to the factory Settings, you need to waitting for about 20 seconds for itself to get Config. When the blue light stops flash, it is ready to Compatiable for.

Q3, How to use the App to control the small K? How to set the App and the small K?

Step 1: Scan the QRcode and download the app. (iOS and Android supported)

Step 2: Power on the smart Plug socket and find the wifi hotspot ‘OK_SP3’ (Item ID) and connect it.

Step 3: Open the App and go to Config, select a Network which can provide internet connection to it and input the password to make it connect to the internet.

Caution: Currently Smart Plug wifi Works under 2.4G hz Networking only,Can not works under 5G HZ yet,if your Networking/WiFi it is 2.4G 5G Dual Band Please Trun Off 5G.

Step 4: Go to device list, you will find it already on the list and under your control. Try to switch ON/OFF…

You don’t need to set again when you power off the Kankun and power on again.

Q4, Why it failed to connect the small K?

1, check whether the WiFi networking is working properly;

2, check if you input the right WiFi password;

If the configuration is not successful, please push the small K long about 4 seconds and do Q3 again;

Q5, What is direct mode?

Direct mode means the small K establishing a direct connection with mobile phone at close distance. In direct mode, small K will have no access to WiFi network, so it cannot be remote controlled.

Q6, How to configure the direct model?

The small K is also a wifi hotspot, use your phone to connect directly with small K (SSID: OK_SP3_xxxxxx); Open the app and go to “into direct mode”, click to complete the configuration.

Q7, Whether the App can only control the small K in a very short distance?

As long as there is WIFI internet connection to small K, mobile phones can control small K anywhere.

Q8, Why sometimes it shows offline or online?

“Offline” status, usually means the WiFi connection to small K is poor or unavailable, please check the WiFi connection or restart the router.

“Online” status, which indicates that small K is online and work properly.
