Warranty:
1. Every product is tested before shipment, so if the device you receive have quality issue, please contact us within 3 days. You can return the device within 7 days from the date it was received.
2. Return within 7 days can refund (exclude shipping freight). Return within 20 days can exchange, buyer should afford to the return shipping freight. Return within 1 year dated from order date can be repaired.
3. The shipping and handing charge is not refundable and customer should be responsible for the charges of return shipping. All return items must be in its original conditions, including box and accessories. And you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.
4. For any return items, please send by EMS courier when send back. We are unable to receive your return product by DHL, UPs, or others.
