Teclast X98 Air 3G Dual Boot allows you to choose a system when start-up. You need to re-start the tablet when you want to go into another system. Phone Call function only work on Android OS. If your tablet go into only one system by default, you can enable the Dual OS by pressing power bottom and volum+ bottom at the same time.
