A: There are stock on hand of lens holder and tripod with us. We can send you a replacement. It’s not free of charge if it’s broken due to your own reason. Nevertheless you just need to pay a very reasonably low price of lens holder or tripod and shipping cost.

8. Q: When I use the product, I find that there is a little shadow in the corner of picture shown on my mobile screen, is it quality problem of the product?
A: For most of customers such a phenomenon won’t happen. For a very limited number of customer, such a phenomenon may happen occassionaly. It’s not quality problem of the product, it’s due to technology reason of some mobile phone. If you use a little digital zoom on your mobile phone then it will be okay.

9. Q: Does this kind of lens support funciton of micro lens?
A: Sorry. It does not have function of micro lens.

10. Q: My phone is a little heavy. Will the splint be easily fall off from my phone?
A: There are foam pads and high quality springs on the splint which can make the splint grip your phone tightly.

WARRANTY

RETURN & REFUND
