I have the unlocked, rooted version of this phone. This is the first phone I have ever really fallen in love with. I can set it up just how I want it, and that includes calibrating battery drain, security, getting rid of bloatware. You can even cut the status bar, try different launchers. Lots and lots of freedom. You are tied to nothing with this phone. Be creative as you want. I even soft bricked it once, because I got a little crazy and cut out some of the essential Android software. Oops! But I plugged it into the computer and it came back up. An added bonus is that if you, like me, are a student of Chinese and want to improve, you can put Chinese on the phone and on the software. It is a great learning tool. And, needless to say, the folks at Lenovo know what they are doing. This phone feels good in the hand. You can pop off the back cover and put in an sd card for extra storage. Heck there’s not much you can’t do with or to this phone. It comes back. I think next I’ll try leaving it out in the rain to see what happens. Bet it comes right back! What a go, Lenovo!!! Put down another success story for Chinese tech! Yay!!! Hen gaoxing, y’all!!!
