How do you remove the old lcd screen from the glass digitizer panel?

Using a hair dryer. ( medium heat). Inserting guitar picks and sliding then all the way around the perimeter. One thing I found out while doing it is that you will need a special glue in between the new glass and LCD screen. Look for videos on YouTube. ( that’s how I did it.). Good luck!!
