Shipping Policy

ELEPHONE STORE ships all items within promised time shown in the products description page, you will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Make sure that you have completed all the detailed information like full name, address, postcode and telephone number when filling in your buyer’s information.

Orders would be shipped by DHL. Shipping cost doesn’t include DHL remote cost, custom duty, or any commission charged by DHL for custom clearance or warehouse storage cost.

Orders processed timely after the payment verification, if you have not received your shipment within 20 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Warranty and Return Policy

Buyer don’t own warrant policy if the phone is dismantled. Please open the parcel in post officer’s presence, if the parcel is damaged or empty, please ask the post office to provide official document, especially the claim request paper.
