Important:
1. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay import duty or local taxes if there is any. When you have specific requirement on declare value for shipping, please do let us know by order remarked message.

Payment:

Shipment:
1. Orders will be shipped within the processing days after payment verification. It may take 24 hours for AliExpress system to verify the payment.
2. We only ship to confirmed order address. Your order address MUST MATCH your shipping address. If you have any changed address, please do let us know when placing order.
3. Delivery time of DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx is around 3-9 days. Delivery time of EMS is around 7-29 days. Delivery time of Post Air Mail is around 15-60 days. Delivery time may longer when your location is remote and long distance, especially during peak period and holiday season. You may be informed to pick up goods by yourself from your local post office.
4. If your address is remote (extended) area of the courier company (DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx), you will be informed to pay remote service fee which is charged by the courier company. Remote (extended) area can be checked from the courier’s website.

Warranty:
1. Every product is tested before shipment, so if the device you receive have quality issue, please contact us within 3 days. You can return the device within 7 days from the date it was received.
2. Return within 7 days can refund (exclude shipping freight). Return within 20 days can exchange, buyer should afford to the return shipping freight. Return within 1 year dated from order date can be repaired.
3. The shipping and handing charge is not refundable and customer should be responsible for the charges of return shipping. All return items must be in its original conditions, including box and accessories. And you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.
4. For any return items, please send by EMS courier when send back. We are unable to receive your return product by DHL, UPs, or others.
5. If you damage the product by your misuse, you can send it back to us for repair and you need to pay the shipping cost and repair cost.
6. We do not accept any returns without notification in advance.
