B: I want to buy a same phone as the original, are there logos on the phone and accessories?

S: We have erased the original logos on aliexpress for security reason.

For most of the item, we have put original logos on the front/back of the phone and on the accessories: Charger/Earphone/Batteries. In order to normally use the plug,we add another one,maybe it has no original logo.

B: why the phone I get it is only 6.8GB (or 14.2GB) available ? the website tells the phone is 8GB(or 16GB ) ROM .

S: As it is known to all that the android system will use some part of the storage of the phone for operation .so if the phone we telling that is 8GB(or 16GB) that available maybe only is 1.6-2.2GB (or 13.8-15GB) that is a normal things and please don’t doubt about it ,thank you for your understanding .

B: What is the 2G/3G mobile network on this phone?

S: 2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and 3G: WCDMA 800/950/2100MHz.

For the network adaptability, you should ask your network provider(telecom) if they have the same frequency above.

B: What is the language of your phone? Does it support xxx language?

S: The language of the phone is written on the description on the page. We have also shown the Setting-Language to you in the photos

B: When will you ship the good if I order now?

S: After you pay for the order, aliexpress will spend 24 hours to verify the payment. At the same time, we test and check the phone to make sure they are ready to ship. After the payment is checked, we will ship the phone via Singapore Post/DHL in 3 days,then you will have the tracking number .Normally the DHL needs 3 days to upload the tracking information online and SG Post needs 2 days upload tracking information online .
