Shipping

c). DHL delivery time is about 3-9 days. EMS delivery time is about 7-29 days. Post Air Mail Delivery time is about 10-39days. DHL can be mailed two batteries, EMS or airmail postal can be mailed only one battery. DHL because currently with battery only mailed 46 countries, DHL does not arrive we will send EMS or postal.
If your address is remote (extended) area of the courier company (DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx), we will inform you to pay remote service fee which is charged by the courier company. Remote (extended) area can be checked from the courier’s website.
d). International Orders: The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties and local taxes.
Warranty
a). 12-month warranty is offered (excluding accessories) after you receive the goods.
b). We test every unit before shipping. But if you still receive any defective unit, please contact us in 3 days of parcel receipt for a replacement. Customers’ satisfactory is our ultimate goal. Please Do NOT open dispute or leave negative feedback without any communication with us.
c). If the item is defective in 1 month of receiving, we will bear one-way shipping fee of warranty. If the item is defective after 1 month of receiving, you can still send the item back for warranty, but buyers have to pay all the extra shipping fees.
