How to confirm the original?
Input *#06# on your phone, then you get the IMEI Code. You can go to the website of HTC and contact the online supporter to get confirmation of the Original.
For the after-sales phone care service, you have to sent the phone back to WOPC, and WOPC will take them to the official after-sale service center(HK) to settle your problem.
