If you do not get your package in 30 days, please kindly call your local post office or contact us, then we will check it for you.
   (3). Please note even you choose China Post, battery items will still be handled by Estonia Post or Belgium Post or Sweden Post. China Post in our area do not accept batteries at this period.
   (4). China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus is most economy, but no tracking information, it usually finish a delivery by 2-4 weeks, if you don’t get the package by 35 days, please contact us then.

3. Normally, we declare the product value less than the true value on customs declaration when shipped by air post, to avoid customs fee for you. And we do not charge any local tariff. If you have any specific demand, please contact us before shipping.

4. Please let us know if you do not receive the items within 20 working days after shipment arranged, and then we could check it for you.

We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.

Warranty & Maintenance:
