Terminal status indicator lamp

3.1 Red LED (power status)

When the external power supply is connected, the red LED will turn on (always on); when no external power supply is connected, the red LED will flash (0.3s/3s); when the external power supply to be connected is under voltage, the red LED will flash slowly (0.3s/5s).

3.2Middle blue LED (GSM status)

When the GSM signal is normal, the blue LED will flash (0.3s/3s); when there is no GSM signal, or the network is not read or not searched, the blue LED will turn on (always on).

3.3Green LED (T-card status)

When the T card works normally, the green LED will flash (0.3s/3s); if the T card flashes, it means no T card availability is identify (the T card must be the one under 4G).

Note: if the defense status is activated, all indicator laps will turn off in one minute after the device is started.

ON/OFF operation

Insert the storage card into the host device and then insert the SIM card (please make sure you have subscribed the GPRS flow services) ; in such case the device can be started. You can see the working status of the device through the indicator lamps. If you press the SIM card again, the SIM will bounce out and your device will turn off automatically.

Connect the power cord

After fixing and start the host device, please connect the power cord. When the power supply is connected or disconnected, the horn will make a prompt tone “click”. If the power supply is disconnected, the administrator will receive the SMS from the device, i.e.: “please note, the power supply is disconnected”.

Defense setting and cancellation

A.Press the defense key “ ”on your device, you will hear a sound “Toot” from the host device; in such case your host device is ready for the defense setting. Press the defense cancellation key “ ” on your device, you will hear a sound “Toot toot” from the host device; in such case your host device’s defense will be cancelled.

B.Use your mobile telephone to edit a SMS and send it to the SIM card on your device to set or cancel the defense (the defense setting SMS is: 11007#password#; the defense cancellation SMS is: 11008#password#). Every successful operation can be confirmed by a reply SMS (defense setting success or defense cancellation success).

C.Under the defense setting status, when dialing the device number by the administrator number (please make sure you have subscribed the “Caller Identification” service; if not, you can not identify if it is the administrator number) and you refuse to answer, the defense cancellation status of your device will be triggered (whichever the status is, as long as the administrator number calls the device number, the defense cancellation status will be triggered).

Device triggers alarm

When the device is under the defense setting status, if the infrared induction or the door magnetic is triggered, the device can take a photo and send it to the platform, and even send an alarm SMS or dial telephone number to the administrator. The mode of SMS or telephone depends on the alarm mode selected by user; the default mode options are SMS, sending picture to platform and dialing number.

Turn off sound

When you do not need the shooting sound, alarm or shooting flash, you can send an instruction to turn off the sound and flash. The corresponding instruction is respectively 11010#password#0# (turn off) and 11010#password#1# (turn on). The default status is the “sound on”.
